The Setup
Find a comfortable rock or log. Tear open the main bag. Inside you’ll find your meal pouch, a heating pad, and cutlery. Place the heating pad flat at the bottom of the main bag.

The Reaction
Place your sealed meal pouch on top of the heating pad. Pour in a small amount of normal temperature water. The minerals in the pad react instantly with the water, generating intense heat and steam within seconds.

The Reward
Zip the top upto 90% closed. The bag will puff up as steam fills the chamber. Take off your boots. In 10 to 15 minutes, open the bag carefully (watch out, it’s actually hot) and tear open your meal pouch. Real comfort food, ready to eat.
